Angry Youths Burnt Down Police check point along wukari–Zaki Biam Road

News coming in from Wukari Local Government this morning says Wukari youth in collaboration with the local government Chairman had allegedly burn down a Police checkpoint.
According to our correspondent the incident took place this morning along Wukari – Katsina Ala.
Information gather from our correspondent revealed that the police mounted the checkpoint but refuse to stay their to check criminal activities around the site, the only go their stop vehicles transporting cows collect money from them and leave.
The inability of the Police to check the criminal activities going on in that area trigger the youth to destroy the checkpoint.
” They Police are not staying on that check point, the only rush there when the recieve information that a vehicle transporting cow is coming and after collecting money from the Vehicles the will leave immediately, this got the youth angry” our correspondent said
