Celebrity Nigerian  singer, Davido has lamented over not seeing results from his work out and has vowed to switch to dieting.

The singer disclosed on his official Instagram status that he’d be cutting junk foods out to go back to his diet

Davido stated that a lot of people tend to deceive themselves into thinking workout alone would make them loose weight, but he believes that the diet is more important than the work out itself.

According to the legendary singer, he has now seen the clear difference between dieting and working out because since he had been working out and paid no attention to his diet, he hasn’t lost any weight.
