Christian Singer, Buchi Reveals Why He Left His Cult Group

Popular Nigerian raggae gospel singer, Buchi Atuonwu has revealed the actual reason he decided to quit his cult group.
During an interview on Black Flame, Buchi disclosed that he exited the cult because he found Jesus and got saved. According to him, when he became born again, Jesus showed him the real meaning of the cult.
“Jesus! I had a deeper understanding. Jesus showed me the meaning of the cult. He showed me it was not a physical association. You can’t bring a knife to a gun war. It was spiritual. “
Buchi recounted how he was performing to a group of people at around 2 a.m. while others were carrying coffins on their heads and holding red lamps.
“We were singing and walking when someone spoke into my ears; you don’t belong here. I ignored the voice but I heard it for the second time. That was when my problems started—running from other cults, from the police, etc”.
